Wax Quail

Adds Wax Quail, a new Blue powerup inspired by Risk of Rain 2, to Muck.

Jumping while sprinting launches you forward about 6m (+4m per stack).

The launch only happens when you are on the ground, sprinting, and moving faster than a walk. Air jumps, wall jumps, surf jumps, and swimming do not launch you. Holding jump keeps you near the boosted speed. It does not add another full boost on every hop. Releasing jump lets you slow back down when you land.

The launch speed is worked out from your jump as you leave the ground: your upward speed, Muck's gravity and extra fall pull, and your mass. That keeps the extra distance near the card on flat ground, even with jump powerups. Downhill you go farther, uphill shorter. The distance has not been playtested yet.

Wax Quail drops from Blue chests and shrines like any other Blue powerup. The pickup is an original quail. The icon is original.

Multiplayer

Every player needs this mod, and the same set of powerup mods. A player without it does not know the new powerup id and will error when a Wax Quail drops.

The launch is local physics. Other players see it through Muck's normal position updates. There is no extra packet.

Config is per player and is not synced. Each player's own settings decide how far that player's jump goes. A mismatch is a fairness difference. It does not desync the lobby.
