Allows Titan Brawl 8v8 in private matches

Changes: Replaces Ronin prime's voice with GLaDOS's from Portal. replaces default leadwall bullets to blue. Replaces stryder dash, titan phase shift activation sounds, and leadwall firing sounds to portal sounds.

V3 of All-Star Custom Titan. Adds many improvement to the All-Star titan creation including fixing nearly every issue from V2.
