A Buttplug.io integration for Northstar

Make sure you install the interstellar_websockets plugin that ships inside the zip of this mod!

Currently all this does is activate a Buttplug.io compatible device when you kill a pilot and run at half power when killing grunts. I will add more events in the future.
Make sure you have your device configured in Intiface Central first. You can finish setting it up inside mod settings in game.
