Khalmee FlowMeter

Turns out I'm a bit late, and Spoon released his mod first.

This mod adds a DMC/Ultrakill-style meter that rewards good movement and combat skills. You gain meter charge from high speed, continuous movement, damage, kills and killstreaks. There are currently no audio events here, but that might change at some point. The meter looks better than Spoons' though, and it leans more towards the Ultrakill look.

You can customize various aspects of the meter, such as the rate at which you gain charge from different sources, position and visibility. All of these settings can be found in the .nut file.

This mod requires ClientKillCommand to function properly
