Loadout Organizer

Adds new commands* that help you organize your loadout slots.

How to use

First, use select_loadout_slot <number> to select the slot you want to operate on. Then, you can use swap_loadout_with_slot <number> to swap those 2 loadouts, or clone_into_slot <number> to clone the loadout you selected into your desired slot. The numbers you can input are 1-10.

WARNING: If you try to swap the same loadout multiple times, it won't work properly. Make sure to type restart into console if you want to do that. The menu doesn't update properly until you rejoin the multiplayer lobby or use that command.

*These are actually ConVars, but i made it so the functionality is the same as of a command.
