Adds a Juggernaut Mode.

Kill and outlive the enemy team to win or die trying!

Instructions:
Set the Juggernaut Mode option to enabled and swtich to pvp.

A random player will be chosen at the start of a match to be the Juggernaut. When he gets killed by another player , that player will
become the new Juggernaut. Whoever becomes the Juggernaut has drastically improved mobility and more health.
Get enough kills as the Juggernaut to win!
