changes the smart pistol boost to phase rewind (it will show as smart pistol when selecting but will be used as phase rewind). based on https://thunderstore.io/c/northstar/p/Legonzaur/NoSP/basically yonked Legonzaur's 2 lines of code and updated the burnmeter code
