Moves the Charge Rifle's kill counter from the side to the top rail and rotates it 90 degrees to match. Client-side; edits 2 values inside the model's bone table.
Kill counter (def_c_proscreen, bone 75) moved from the side mount onto the top rail, and rotated 90 degrees about Z so it faces the correct way.
Bone bind position changed from (0.957, 3.712, 9.715) to (-0.040, 5.684, 15.361); bone bind rotation changed from identity to a 90 degree rotation about Z.
The model stores a precomputed inverse bind matrix, so these two changes move the housing geometry and the RUI hologram together - the counter and its digits stay aligned exactly as in vanilla.
The counter is parented to the weapon body bone (def_c_base) and never followed a moving part, so no re-parenting was needed.
Only models/weapons/defender/ptpov_defender.mdl is replaced, and only 2 values inside its bone table are edited.
Client-side only; no damage, spread or hit-registration values are changed.
