[BETA] mm.AltOrdnances

Replace ordnances with more fun utilities and movement tools on the server side

This mod is currently in beta, dm botmm (discord) if it causes issues

features

Server side mod, replaces ordnance functions and keyvalues to change behavior without causing desyncs (hopefully)

note: this is a beta, your server will probably crash if you use this

ordnance	new effect
frag grenades	explode instantly for a slight speed boost
electric smoke	is currently unchanged
arc grenades	deploy a holo pilot that blinds and wallhacks pilots that attack it
gravity stars	create an anti gravity zone around the impact point
fire stars	teleport the user to the impact point
satchels	are currently unchanged
