Semi-Auto alternator rework
Needs advanced damage profiles enabled to work
- Firerate
- 10 -> 7.1
- auto -> Semi-Auto

- (done through advanced damage profiles)
- (you can change this by changing the save_data)
- Near Damage
- 30 until 1000u -> 40 until 250u, lerps to 30 at 1000u
- Midrange Damage
- lerp to 18 at 1500u -> 30 at 1500u
- Far Damage
- lerp to 14 at 3000u -> lerp to 24 at 2400u, then 20 at 3500u
- Recoil
- Reduced ADS visual recoil
- ADS firstshot multiplier: 1.0 -> 0.75
- Can no longer mistime firstshot/tapfire
