Za Warudo Phase

Changes all 3 audios of phase shifting to Dio saying "Za Warudo". Made from a mod suggestion in the Northstar Discord.

Install automatically using a mod browser on a mod manager, or follow the manual mod installation guide

Issues

If you encounter issues, please ping me (@Cyn)! I'm decently active in the Northstar Discord. I don't play a ton and as such didn't test a ton for if these audios can somehow desync and sound weird. This is because the game plays the same audio twice for phase shifting (for pilots at least), and I had to name the "za warudo" file something to make it appear first so it would play normally, then play a blank sound as the "slowed down pitched down" audio.
