Tether integration

Integrates the Tether mod manager into the game. WIP.

Features:

• Join a server from anywhere in the game, through the Tether UI.
• Install mods while the game is running. (Note: Some mods might only fully work if you re-join the current match or restart the game)

Installation

• This mod can be installed like any other mod.
