Wargames Colored Walls

Changes the colour of Wargames' walls using some convars (wargames_color, wargames_color2, wargames_color3, wargames_color_emissive).

There's a colour picker in the mod settings, use it.

Default convar values are a nice grey I found with the emissive lights being the holo walls orange.

Convars

wargames_color - colour of one set of walls wargames_color2 - colour of another set of walls wargames_color3 - colour of the highlight on walls wargames_color_emissive - colour of the strip of emissive lights around some edges and the boxes

Notes

Use the colour picker, there are convars but they have confusing names.
Alpha doesn't really change anything.
I would like to remove the coloured fog at some point, or make them customisable too.
Also the holo walls will be done at some point in the future.
