Wargames Colored Walls

Changes the colour of Wargames' walls using some convars (wargames_color, wargames_color2, wargames_color3, wargames_color_emissive).

There's a colour picker in the mod settings, use it.

Default convar values are a nice grey I found with the emissive lights being the holo walls orange.

Convars

wargames_color - colour of one set of walls
wargames_color2 - colour of another set of walls (you'll probably want this to be the same as wargames_color)
wargames_color3 - colour of the highlight on walls
wargames_color_emissive - colour of the strip of emissive lights around some edges and the boxes \

Notes

Use the colour picker, there are convars but they have confusing names.
Alpha doesn't really change anything.
I would like to remove the coloured fog at some point, or make them customisable too.
Also the holo walls will be done at some point in the future.
