Replaces Laser Core charge up sound for 1p and 3p with Taste the Rainbow sound clip.

There's a small chance the audio might become borked for first-person results in it being very loud and the audio concentrated to the left side of your ear. At least on my end anyway. Doesn't happen often but once in a blue moon it might so just be prepared for it.
