Sit at your desk near a friend's and yours lines up beside it: same direction, same height, small gap. Rows stay level, even in the air. F3 turns it on or off. Only you need it.
The icon and the message at the top hide in the game's Desk window mode (key 4, the small see-through window), and come back when you switch to another window mode. Snapping keeps working, and F3 still turns it on or off.
The icon hides while Photo Mode is on.
