PlayerLimitLift - increase maximum server size to 128 players.
Fixes to the text channel manager provided by/adapted from 岚风 雷 / Arashi_Lei (https://github.com/gqxastg)
Now has a config generated, you can use shift+click to quickly change lobby size, and you can configure by what amount (default 16, default lobby size 16).
