Features
If you have an active quest timer, the remaining time will be displayed on your Journal page below the step activation time.
It should be compatible with modded quests too if they use the vanilla timing system.
Limitations
When Journal page is selected partial frame display computation is called for more often than vanilla, hurting potentially low end computers.
Only the Call To Adventure quest was tested.
Please give feedback on other quests timers working or not on Outward Modding Discord on tchernobill-workshop channel.
Also ensure Call To Adventure works before reporting for other quests.
Being that simple, I expect it to work for all quests too.
