NightCamp
Makes night dangerous: build a campfire from scattered branches, pitch a tent next to it and sleep through the night. The Scout Master hunts anyone outside a campfire's light. All players need the mod.NightCamp
Night in PEAK now matters.

How it works
-
Dusk warning at 19:30: a sound plays and you're told to make camp.
-
Branches: every biome has a fixed number of branches lying under its bushes and trees. They don't respawn. You can also find more (hold E), and they go straight into your inventory:
- search bushes;
- break off driftwood;
- shake trees at the trunk (you can turn this off in F3).
Biomes with little to search get more branches on the ground.
-
Campfire: place branches with a hold click. 3 in a pile, then hold E to light it. Its zone (about 8 m) keeps you safe and warm until morning, then it burns out. Lit level campfires count too.
-
Tent is worn in the backpack slot (not together with a backpack). Drop it, then hold E to pitch it. A spare tent waits at the campfire at the end of every biome.
-
Sleep: staying up at night slowly makes you drowsy (the pink status, up to 23% per night), and it stays until you sleep. To sleep, hold E on a tent next to a lit campfire at night. When every living scout sleeps, the night is skipped and your drowsiness is gone.
-
Scout Master can never grab you inside a campfire zone. For a hard mode, turn on his night hunt in F3: he then hunts anyone outside a campfire zone at night.
-
Cozy: stay by a lit fire at night to fill the cozy meter. Bonus stamina (like an energy drink) builds up as it fills. You can fill it faster by:
- playing the bugle;
- roasting food on the fire;
- emoting (even more if you do the same emote as a friend).
-
Warmth: a campfire you build blocks most of the cold, so snowy nights are survivable.

Every player in the lobby needs the mod installed and enabled.
Settings
Press F3 in game (best in the airport, before boarding) to open the settings menu. The host's settings apply to the whole lobby. You can change:
- day and night length;
- branches per biome and the search chance;
- the campfire radius;
- the cozy meter and drowsiness;
- the Scout Master's night hunt (hard mode) and screen effect;
- spare tents, and more.
By default days last twice as long as vanilla and nights about 5 minutes, so skipping sleep hurts.
Everything is also in BepInEx/config/joket.nightcamp.cfg.
