Adds cat cakes from honkai star rail as hats

My original mod is from lethal company called HsrCatcakesEXTRALIB but it has now been brought over to PEAK!

This mod contains a handful of cat cakes as hats, I did not put every single character but you are more than welcome to request a cat cake you want to be put in. This mod also includes the cat cakes from the basegame! Request a cat cake

This mod won't be as regularly updated as my Lethal Company mod!
