PEAK Modpack

A curated PEAK modpack focused on expanding the game with new gameplay mechanics, extra challenges, cosmetics, quality-of-life improvements and technical fixes, while keeping the original spirit of the game.

The pack is designed for multiplayer and automatically adapts loot to the number of players, helping larger groups maintain a balanced progression.

⚠️ Important information

• Some mod settings are not accessible from the game. They must be changed through Gale's configuration interface or the generated BepInEx configuration files.
• Several potentially game-changing options are disabled by default to keep the experience more accessible and avoid making the game unnecessarily difficult.
• Mimic requires manual configuration before every ascent. At the airport, open its configuration with F11 and configure it before starting the ascent. The Mimic mod's settings are host-side.
• Wind Indicator UI and Day/Night UI are disabled by default. Enable them if you want additional environmental information.
• Some mods are primarily libraries or dependencies and do not add visible gameplay features by themselves.

⚙️ Default configuration philosophy

The pack intentionally ships with some optional or more intrusive features disabled. The goal is to provide more content and functionality without making the base game unnecessarily harder.

In particular:

• Wind information UI: OFF
• Day/Night cycle information UI: OFF
• More aggressive/difficult gameplay options: OFF by default
• Additional Mimic configuration: must be configured manually with F11 at the airport before each ascent
• Loot quantity: adapted to the number of players

This means the default profile is intended to remain close to vanilla PEAK while offering substantially more content and flexibility.
