Less Night Cold

Changes it so that the "nightColdRate" is modifiable via a config.

How to change

Whenever you install the mod boot the game at least one time to generate "LessNightCold.cfg" in (gamefolder)\BepInEx\Config

In there you can modify the "NightColdRate" value to whatever you want.
