Re-enables the developer components on the BingBong item you find in the crashed ship when you spawn

In simpler terms: enables cheats :)

Controls

Hold out bingbong and use F1, F2 and F3 to toggle modes. In physics mode use the scroll wheel to change the force, use SHIFT or CTRL to increment by 10 or 50 at a time
