If you check the changelog and it's further ahead than what you see in the mod launcher, you can manually download it from Thunderstore and manually import in R2ModMan settings (:

Mesa will be implemented when the original mod updates to support it. I don't know C# and it would also take a lot of work to decompile the .dll file etcetera :P soz
