Trapped Luggage is a chaotic mod for PEAK that transforms innocent luggage into deadly traps. Opening luggage might trigger dynamite, spawn aggressive scorpions, summon the Scoutmaster himself, or release a swarm of angry bees! 🎁🔥

💡 Concept
Not all luggage is safe anymore. Sometimes, opening a suitcase unleashes chaos:
- 💣 Lit dynamite waiting to explode
- 🦂 Aggressive scorpions that immediately target whoever opened it
- 🎭 The Scoutmaster teleporting directly to your location, hunting you down
- 🐝 Angry bee swarm that chases you relentlessly
Every piece of luggage is a gamble. Will you get loot... or terror?
🔧 Features
💣 Dynamite Traps
- Adds Dynamite (ItemID 106) to all luggage spawn pools
- Configurable spawn weight — adjust how often dynamite appears
- Dynamite spawns lit by default — run fast! 🏃♂️💨
🦂 Scorpion Ambush
- 50% chance that scorpions spawn when luggage is opened
- Spawns 1-3 scorpions around the luggage (configurable)
- Scorpions immediately target whoever opened the luggage
- They spawn outside the luggage so they can attack right away
🎭 Scoutmaster Summoning
- 5% chance to summon the Scoutmaster when luggage is opened
- Teleports directly to the luggage location
- Forces him to hunt the person who opened it for 60 seconds
- He can't switch targets during this time — you're his priority!
- Absolute nightmare mode! 😱
🐝 Angry Bee Swarm (NEW!)
- 15% chance to spawn an angry bee swarm when luggage is opened
- Bees spawn at the luggage location and immediately become aggressive
- Configurable anger duration (default: 20 seconds)
- Bees chase nearby players and deal poison damage
- They return to the luggage location when not aggro'd
- No beehive item needed — just pure buzzing chaos! 🐝💨
🎮 Host-Only Design
- Only the host needs the mod — works in multiplayer seamlessly
- All effects are synced to clients automatically
- No mod installation required for other players

Tip: Set chances to 0 to disable specific traps, or 100 for guaranteed chaos! 👀
Can be adjusted while at Airport with ModConfig and changes take effect on the next run!
🎲 The Odds
When you open luggage, here's what can happen:
Single Traps:
- ~35% — Nothing (safe loot)
- ~35% — Scorpions only (1-3 of them)
- ~10% — Bee swarm only
- ~3% — Scoutmaster only
Combo Traps (multiple at once):
- ~7.5% — Scorpions + Bees
- ~2.5% — Scorpions + Scoutmaster
- ~1% — Bees + Scoutmaster
- ~0.4% — SCORPIONS + BEES + SCOUTMASTER (ultimate chaos!)
Plus dynamite can still spawn as loot inside any of these!
Translation: About 65% of luggage will have at least one trap. Good luck! 🎲
📦 Installation
Option 1: Thunderstore (Recommended)
- Install via your favorite mod manager (r2modman, Thunderstore Mod Manager)
- Launch game and configure to your liking
Option 2: Manual Install
- Download and extract the mod
- Place
Trapped Luggage.dll into: BepInEx/plugins/
- Launch game to generate config file
- Adjust settings in the config file
🧪 Known Behavior
- Dynamite spawns lit — This is intentional (for now). Run fast! 😎
- Scorpions target the opener — They use forced targeting and won't switch until the opener is down
- Scoutmaster teleport — Takes a moment to lock in, but when it works... terror ensues
- Bee swarms are angry — They spawn already aggressive and chase nearby players
- Host-only execution — All trap logic runs on the host for seamless multiplayer
🎮 Gameplay Tips
- Open luggage cautiously — Stand ready to run from dynamite
- Watch for scorpions — They spawn around the luggage, not inside it
- Listen for buzzing — Angry bees make a distinct sound when chasing you
- Pray it's not the Scoutmaster — If you see him teleport in, RUN
- Combo traps are rare but deadly — Multiple traps at once = panic time
- Play with friends — Their panic is priceless 😈
- Adjust the chances — Too scary? Lower the percentages!
