Updated for v0.4 The Cosmetic Update

Adding currently 15 new valuables in the Manor map.

The visual models are primarily generated using a tool called Meshy, then heavily reworked by myself both on the models and textures when needed.
I personally spend a huge amount of time refining everything between Blender and Unity.
