Adds the Shrinkinator: a ray gun that sprays green mist shrinking whatever it hits. Valuables shrink permanently (cheaper, easier to carry!), enemies and players shrink temporarily. Shrunken enemies are lighter to lift - but not stunned. 6 charges.Changelog
