Fixed the readme describing a testing button that is not part of the release.

Redeem All Tokens button on the mod's settings page spends your whole stack at once, with rewards computed from
the game's own rules (MetaManager.CosmeticLockedGet plus the machine's 2/4/8/15 currency table).
As a non-host, tokens that would pay out currency are kept rather than burned, since only the host can award money.
