REPO Potato mode

Overview

I think i'm not the only person that has a microwave with a better GPU than my pc so i searched everywhere for a low-end quality mod but apparently people now don't like to code anymore, so... here it is. Whether you're running on a gaming potato and need that extra 10+ FPS to declare the game playable, or you're using a NASA-grade full estate rig that you bought to take notes and do PowerPoints (and now want to see even the pubic hairs of your teammates in 4K), this mod is made for you. (Pubic hair sold separately.)

• Now is just static very very very low quality (pc target: your grandma's pacemaker)
