Echohold Station Fix v1.2

Compatibility fix that updates Echohold Station and Plasma Weapons to work with the current version of REPO.

What this mod does

Echohold by Rosayy is an older level, but this fix allows it to work again on the current version of REPOLib and REPO.

If you install this mod through a mod manager, it will automatically download the original Echohold level alongside this fix because it is listed as a dependency. This fix then patches the original level so it works with the current version of REPOLib and the game.

What to expect

Loads Echohold Station on current REPO versions.
Fixes the custom weapons
Repairs outdated REPOLib compatibility issues with the level and its custom content.
Fixes missing level registration data from the old bundle.
Adds compatibility fallback fixes needed for the current game version.
