Empress_RealismOverhaul v1.0.1
A full visual overhaul with cinematic clarity and depth. Darker contrast, richer lighting, and a clean realistic tone that makes every scene feel alive.

What this mod does
- Uses a proper tone mapper for a natural look
- Disables the game's Post Processing Overlay so the scene is clean
- Removes stylized filters like chromatic aberration, grain, vignette, and lens distortion
- Keeps shadows consistent and soft with sensible defaults
- Works on the client only and stays friendly with multiplayer
- Gives full control over Ambient Occlusion with intensity and radius options
- Offers optional Bloom and Depth of Field with intensity, threshold, focus distance, aperture, and focal length
- Lets you choose TAA or FXAA and disables MSAA to avoid conflicts
- Forces Motion Blur off at the source for a cleaner image
- Dynamically scales internal resolution to stabilize FPS
- Resets the render texture to the large base size to prevent pixelation
- Sets anisotropic filtering and reflections to keep distant textures and highlights crisp
- Pushes LOD bias for better detail retention and less pop in
- Reapplies everything on scene load and after the game's GraphicsManager runs so changes persist
- Adds a post process layer to every active game camera and keeps it configured
- Applies safe defaults in the game's own settings for Vsync, gamma, FPS cap, bloom, chromatic aberration, grain, lens effects, and render size
- Locks in quality choices so the sliders cannot undo them if you choose
