SaveFileRenamer
Allows you to rename save files with custom display names directly in the save menu using right-click or F2. Names persist between sessions while preserving original files on disk.

Please note that the install buttons only work if you have compatible client software installed, such as the Thunderstore Mod Manager. Otherwise use the zip download links instead.
