What this mod does

• Lets the host control whether clients can press the Shop Keeper on/off switch.
• Defaults to blocking non-host clients in multiplayer.
• Host and singleplayer behavior are left alone.

Only the host needs this mod installed.

• false: non-host clients cannot press the Shop Keeper on/off switch.
• true: vanilla behavior.

REPOConfig is included as a dependency, so the host can change this in-game through the Mods button at anytime.
