When an upgrade is used everyone has a chance of getting that upgrade on top of the user instantly getting it. Percentage chance is based on how many players are in the lobby.

1 player = 100% (so double upgrades if you play solo)
2 players = 50%
3 players = 33.333%
4 players = 25%
5 players = 20%
6 players = 16.666%
