QOL

• Extraction point confirm button, no more automatic processing and missing out on collected loot
• Hop your head around to find an ally while dead, you still need them to revive
• Friends can now join in the truck intermission after the shop
• Revive with 20HP instead of the fatal 1HP
• Items persist between levels in the truck for later sale
• Map value tracker added
• Colored name tags to help identify players
