Makes the Big Mac, Happy Meal, and Ice Cream work, shows upgrade feedback, and removes used items so they cannot reappear in the truck.McDonald's Fix
The Big Mac heals 75 HP. The Happy Meal gives one random stat upgrade. Ice Cream either gives every upgrade or kills its user.
Version 1.0.2 shows the upgrade on the receiving player's screen, removes the used item from the saved inventory, and destroys the box for all players. This prevents Shop Items in Level from treating a used Happy Meal as an extracted purchase and putting it back in the truck. An unused Happy Meal is a shop item, so it has no sale value in the extract.
