Adds split-screen local co-op, improved enemy detection, balancing, online sync, carrying, and automatic extraction activation.

May be bugged, but I am updating it constantly and will fix reported issues. The previous version required AdjustableGameEconomy; this release removes that dependency and improves compatibility with mods that affect startup.
