Homelander, a new tier 3 monster, utilising his heat vision and menacing laugh, can haunt the halls of any place you visit. His laser burns anything in its way, other monsters included.
Laser tweaks: the beam follows you quicker (TrackSpeed 4.5, was 4) and reacts faster (ReactionTime 0.1, was 0.3), with less warning before it fires (ChargeSeconds 1, was 1.2).
If you've already run 1.0.3, your config keeps the old values. Change them yourself or delete the config to get the new ones.

His laser hurts other monsters now too (EnemyDamagePerSecond, 40).
More laser settings: TrackSpeed, CatchUpSpeed, ReactionTime and ChargeSeconds.
Changed a couple of defaults: the beam follows you a bit quicker (TrackSpeed 4, was 3.5) but trails a little behind you, so sprinting still gets away, and there's less warning before it fires (ChargeSeconds 1.2, was 1.6).
BeamSpeed is now called TrackSpeed, so if you'd changed it, set it again.
Everyone in the lobby needs to update, 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 don't mix.
