R.E.P.O. v0.4.4.x shrink-hauler cart with host-driven ScalerCore scaling, default mass scaling, player shrink/grow cart cycle, token box support, and vanilla cart collisions.

Shrink (or grow) ray gun for R.E.P.O. Hit enemies, valuables, items, players, cosmetic boxes, and vehicles. Flip it to Grow mode for giants. Pocketable when small, drivable too. Tiny squeaky enemies become grabbable. Pairs with any shrinker cart.

Shrinks all players, items, and valuables to 40% size. Everyone starts the round tiny.
