README

Wink

One eye says plenty.

A wink for R.E.P.O. on its own key, in two flavors: a quick friendly one and a slow seductive one. Pick the flavor in settings. It layers over whatever face you're already making, all six expression keys stay exactly vanilla, and the little preview at the bottom plays along.

Client-side, no host requirement. Friends with the mod see the wink, everyone else sees a quick blink.

The two styles

  • Normal: a quick close-and-reopen. One eye, no frills. For "nice grab" and "we both saw that".

Normal wink

  • Seductive: slower and deliberate. The other eye goes half-lidded and the head tilts. For the shop, mostly.

Seductive wink

Both combine with your current expression. Wink mid-happy, mid-angry, mid-anything; the winking eye travels shut and back while the rest of the face stays yours.

What other players see

  • Friends with the mod see the real one-eyed wink, whichever flavor you threw.
  • Everyone else sees a quick blink. Their game has no one-eye face to render, so both eyes for a split second is the closest it can do, and a deliberate blink at someone reads pretty well anyway. Toggleable if you'd rather they see nothing.

Settings

All of it lives in the in-game mod menu (REPOConfig). The key is rebindable (default 4) and the style is a dropdown. Beyond that: each style's duration, which eye closes, how far the other eye drops on the seductive one, the head tilt, eyelid softness, and the blink fallback.

Compatibility

  • R.E.P.O., client-side. No host requirement, nobody else has to install anything.
  • The closed-eye pose is learned from the game's own expressions at runtime, so eyelid angles survive game updates without hardcoded numbers.
  • Touches nothing but the expression blend. No items, no upgrades, no stats.
