Adds a new command that allows you to revive a player or list of players
Usage: Enter the name of the player you want to revive (usually their steam display name) capitals don't matter
Special Parameters:
- All - Revives every player
- Others - Revives every player except you
- Me - Revives yourself
- Myself - Revives yourself
When reviving a player:
- Do NOT revive players when their heads are in an instant death spot (such as a pit) or wait until their head is on solid, safe ground
- Do NOT revive players in quick succession (wait at least two seconds after death before reviving)
