Upgrades have a (configurable) chance to be applied to everyone in the lobby, or to be wastedThis mod allows for upgrades to have a chance to be applied to everyone in the lobby, or even waste the upgrade not awarding it to anybody.
Completely configurable in the config, you can either set a global chance or specific chances for each upgrade separately.
