Walkie Talkie

Adds a walkie talkies that you can buy at shop They work on the "talking bot head" principle but on distance and with low-pitched sound instead of high. You can switch between walkie talkies channels with 'V' there's as much channels as walkie-talkies on level. Orange top number on walkie-talkie is recieving channel and bottom red is target channel(walkie talkie id) that will recieve your voice.
