SoloHost

A host toolkit for R.E.P.O. One menu, opened with ` (rebindable from the game's own Controls settings).

A fresh install changes nothing about how the game plays. Every feature that affects the rest of your lobby starts switched off, and stays off until you turn it on.

Who needs it

The host. What SoloHost does is carried out by the host and sent out through the game's own networking, so the rest of the lobby sees the result with nothing installed.

Guests can install it too. A guest with SoloHost can be made a moderator (kick, ban, godmode, heal, revive) or given Access to the whole menu, decided per person by the host. Either way the host carries out every action — a guest never acts on their own.

What is in it

Spawning — every enemy, item and valuable, searchable, spawned where you are looking.

Players — kick and ban (with a ban list that remembers), heal, revive, per-player godmode that works on players without the mod, teleport to, from and between players, tow, grant or remove any upgrade, real godmode for anyone running SoloHost (health top-ups for everyone else), a voice loudness meter for spotting a soundboard, and banishment: sends someone to a random spot far outside the level and keeps them falling until you let them go.

Moderators and Access — deputise people per person. Moderators get the per-player powers and punishments too (no tumble, crouch, fly, noclip...), never usable on you or another moderator. Everything between host and guest travels over an encrypted, authenticated channel, so nobody can pretend to be a moderator to get their requests obeyed.

Host-takeover protection — Photon lets any player in a room hand "host" to someone else, and R.E.P.O. answers every host change by ending the lobby for everyone. SoloHost tells a real disconnect apart from a takeover, blocks the takeover, and hands control straight back.

The run — jump to a level, pick which map comes next, open or complete extractions, fill one with crates and cash, destroy every door, return to the lobby keeping what you earned, and save runs in public lobbies, which the game normally discards.

Mini-games mid-run — play the battle royale, the race, or sumo (the battle royale with no weapons and everyone permanently tumbled: throw each other off) and come back to the same run afterwards. Every power and restriction (godmode, flight, no tumble...) switches off when an arena game or party-game round starts, apart from infinite battery. Optional extra lives for sumo and battle royale, per-game upgrade loadouts, and a choice of which game a lost run ends in.

Money past 32 bits — the game keeps currency in an int, which wraps negative past about two billion. SoloHost keeps the real balance in 64 bits. Below that ceiling it changes nothing.

Optional lobby rules — all off until you switch them on: grab a clown to finish an extraction, shared upgrades, upgrades hidden around each level, upgrade caps, orbs that cannot break and always drop, chain-reacting grenades, a fourth inventory slot, carts that bank loot, and physics tuning for levels full of loot.

Quality of life — a live editor for every Solo mod's settings, an enable/disable list for other plugins, a performance overlay (F3), passive cheat-flagging for the host to review, and a lobby size that actually persists between rounds.

Notes

The menu has seven tabs (Players, Spawn, Round, Games, Me, Rules, Settings) and a quick row of the most-used actions above all of them. One size setting covers the whole menu (A− / A+ at the bottom). Several fixes for exceptions in the game's own code are included and on by default.

Works alongside SoloSeek, which adds hide and seek, tag and freeze tag, controlled from this menu.

Installing

Install with the Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman and it lands in BepInEx/plugins on its own. By hand: drop the .dll into BepInEx/plugins/.

Needs BepInEx 5. Built against R.E.P.O. v0.4.4.3.

Languages

The text follows the game's own language setting: Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Anything not translated stays English.

Translations are plain text files in lang/ beside the DLL, so you can fix a line or add a language without rebuilding: copy an existing file to <language code>.txt, put your wording after each >, and leave a > empty to keep the English. The file is reloaded when the game's language changes.
