Welcome to the official wiki for Friendly Duck, a wholesome little mod for R.E.P.O. that turns the terrifying apex predator duck into a loyal, flappy companion.

📖 The Origin Story

It all started with a simple request from Twitch streamer AmberTheRambler, who asked one powerful question during gameplay:

“Can I just… pet the duck?”

That innocent wish kicked off a chaotic but passionate modding journey.
We didn't know how to make a duck pettable — but we were damn well going to find out.

🛠️ About the Team

• purplehaxttv – Lead developer, Harmony rookie, duck sympathizer.
• AmberTheRambler – Duck rights advocate and the original inspiration behind the mod.
• Bibbity12 – Tested the duck’s behavior way too many times.
• NimbleSquidd – Provided emotional support and occasional duck-related chaos.

Together, we created a duck that no longer bites — just bounces.

This mod was built from scratch using BepInEx, Harmony, and a whole lot of guesswork.
