Orbs (or souls) now grant a random effect when used.
- 50% Heal; tier 1: 10-30 HP, tier 2: 20-60 HP, tier 3: 30-90 HP
- 25% Random temporary upgrade (Clears at the end of the level)
- 10% Random temporary weapon (Unrechargeable, clears at the end of the level)
- 10% Spawns an unrechargeable temporary stealth drone that turns a player both invisible and silent, lasting for 40, 80, 120 seconds respectfully.
- 5% For a secret bonus.

- When acquiring 10 or more temporary upgrades, the upgrades list display maybe improperly formated.
