The colour changes are smooth, time-driven animations. These are eight visual styles on the same fitted sneaker shape. The shoe material changes colour; it does not add a light source or illuminate the surroundings. Spectral Kicks adds separate moving particles around the shoes.

Spectral Skull

Bone skull headwear with moving green spectral effects. Equip it in Headwear. It is a headwear item, not a full skeleton costume.

Install and equip

Install through the ReSkate launcher / mod browser, enable the pack, and restart the game. Search Epoch NeonEmpire in Shoes or Headwear.

For manual installation, extract the ZIP contents into Mods/Epoch_NeonEmpire_Spectral_Gear/ beside Skate.exe, preserving the Win32 folders, then enable the pack in the launcher.

Keep only one copy of this collection enabled. If you used the local test builds, disable Epoch_NeonEmpire_Spectral_Gear, Epoch_NeonEmpire_Spectral_Gear_Test, or a Studio export containing the same items before enabling the downloaded copy. Other Epoch collections are separate packages and do not need to be removed just because they share the Epoch name.

Requirements and compatibility

• ReSkate 2.1.1, with its supported Steam skate. build 25414733.
• No additional Thunderstore package dependencies. Both green-effect leaf graphs are built-in game assets.
• Native content is specific to the supported game build; the launcher may mark it outdated after a game update.
• No custom shared loader script or replacement ReSkate DLL is included.

Verification

The original Chromatic Glow and Spectral Skull were confirmed in-game. The creator also spot-checked several of the new pairs. A complete appearance and stability check of every new style, the Spectral Kicks foot effects, and custom maps is still pending.

The native build and upload files passed checks for eight shoe items, one headwear item, all fourteen private material registrations, and bounded shader-program references. New shader palettes and cycle speeds were checked against their authored sources. Some menu thumbnails retain the donor shoe image rather than depicting the live colour animation. The package icon is illustrative artwork, not an in-game screenshot.
