Scrapped Private Park from the PTSPrivate Park
The scrapped Private Park from the PTS builds.
The warehouse is empty, so be creative and remember ReSkate will load whatever you build next time you open the map. This isn't a remake, but I did some touch-up work; Worked on some of the geometry to make sure it supports the current games ambient lighting, to solve bleeding Stripped exterior and/or unused assets, as there were props and playermodels floating at the origin, unused in the actual park, which bloaded the scene to 300mb Added actual lighting to the hanging light, since the space was no longer being filled with ambient light through 1 sided walls
Install
Install with ReSkate's mod manager.
Suggestion
Download and use any mod that adds more Quick Drop items, for example; https://thunderstore.io/c/reskate/p/Diplomatico/Skate3_CreateAPark_Props/ which adds building blocks from the Skate 3 player parks
