Does not work with other phone mods. This mod replaces the in-game phone model with the joint. Disable any other mod that changes the phone (e.g. phone skins/replacements) before using Smoke Session.
Animation pack for skate. that turns four gestures into custom animations: two smoke sessions, a full-body twerk and gang signs.

Take A Break (Sit) is off-board only, same as in the vanilla game.
Mod maps

Animations: all four gestures work on every custom map automatically, including maps released later. Nothing to set up.

Joint: to see the joint instead of the phone on mod maps, Smoke Session has to load above the map:
- ReSkate launcher > MODS
- Smoke Session > Move to top
- Start the game. Maps you install later end up below Smoke Session automatically.
If Smoke Session is lower in the list, the animations still play on mod maps, but with the phone in the hand.

The animations
Take A Break - Smoke Session (15 s)
Your skater sits down cross-legged, holds a joint between two fingers, takes one slow drag, exhales, picks his nose, inspects the result with disgust and flicks it away before the loop starts over.
Stoked - Smoke on the go (30 s)
Joint in the left hand, held at the hip. After 8 seconds one slow drag and a long exhale. At 20 seconds four quick hits in a row, then a look at the joint, arm down, exhale, and the loop starts over. Works standing, with the board in hand and while riding.
Pumping Iron - Twerk (23 s)
A full 23-second twerk routine timed to a real dance reference (95 BPM): hip circles, pops on the beat, deep squats, standing up, hip sways and arms up. Hips lead, knees bounce, spine, head and arms follow. With the board in hand the skater puts the board down on the floor, dances with both hands free and picks it up again at the end.
Sea Wave - Gang Signs (8.75 s)
Eight hand signs, each one landing on the beat: WW, claw, W, finger up, Y, L-crown, crossed fingers and fist into palm, with smooth transitions and a light bounce. With the board in hand the signs are done with the left hand only.
How to use
- Install the mod from the ReSkate launcher (MODS > BROWSE) and make sure it is enabled.
- Recommended: move Smoke Session to the top of your mod list (for the joint on mod maps).
- Open the gesture wheel and pick Take A Break, Stoked, Pumping Iron or Sea Wave.
Good to know
- Goofy stance: the animations are mirrored correctly, but the joint sits slightly offset in the hand.
- Replaces four gestures. While the mod is enabled, Take A Break, Stoked, Pumping Iron and Sea Wave play the animations above instead of the vanilla ones.
- Replaces the phone model. The joint uses the game's hand-prop (the phone) slot. Anywhere the game shows a phone in a hand (for example the Selfie gesture or pedestrians on their phones) you will see a joint instead.
- Not compatible with other mods that replace the phone model (
characters/props/phone/basicsmartphone) or the Take A Break (sit), Stoked (yay), Pumping Iron (flex) or Sea Wave animations. Disable those first. - Built for the current supported skate. build. After a game update the mod may show as OUTDATED until it is rebuilt.
