Night lighting: every street lamp now lights up after dark (three times as many lights as before), as a pool of light down from its lantern: sodium-warm in the old town at the top of the hill, white in the middle, cool LED among the glass towers at the bottom.
Every stair set has two cool-white floodlights at night, one on its sign arm lighting the lip and one at the foot lighting the stairs, so each set stands out down the hill.
The STAIR SET HILL sign over the start plaza is floodlit at night.
