This mod requires the following mods to function
LuaENVY-ENVY
A plugin to allow ReturnOfModding plugins greater control of their environment.
Preferred version: 1.2.0README
Currently adds 2 new artifacts aiming to change gameplay; Knowledge and Pestilence. Haven't tested, but should be multiplayer compatible.
Knowledge: All natural item spawns are replaced with "Inscription" items of corresponding tiers. Each Inscription grants a % of your current level's exp. Leveling up grants a completely random item. (Yes, this includes items you can't get in most normal runs and modded items with :toggle_loot set as false! Have fun :)) (also has a special interaction with Artifact of Command)
Pestilence: Using any interactable has a 45% chance to spawn a swarm of Archerbugs, similar to interacting with the corpse of The Bloated Survivor. Killing enemies additionally has a 20% chance to spawn Archerbugs.

Known Issues and ToDos:
- Knowledge currently can't drop Equipments, tried to include them but ran into multiple hurdles
- Want to make unique vfx for Pestilence
- One more artifact or so planned
- Support for other languages (reach out if interested)
